We recommend booking airport rides at least 3–4 hours before departure (or earlier for peak travel periods). We can handle same-day requests if drivers are available.
Yes. Reserve a personal driver for a day, weekly commute, or ongoing schedule. Recurring bookings are handled via our reservation form — we’ll confirm availability, rates, and any required deposits.
Provide pickup/dropoff addresses, date & time, passenger count, luggage details, flight info (if airport pickup), any stops, and a contact phone number. For recurring or special requests, include start/end dates and preferred driver times.
Pricing depends on distance, time, vehicle type, number of passengers, and any added stops or wait times. We provide upfront quotes before you confirm a booking. Airport transfers can be booked as flat-rate or meter-based depending on the route — the quote you receive is the price you’ll pay unless you add extra stops or time.
We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay where available), and cash. For reservations or personal-driver bookings, we may require a card on file or a deposit to secure the booking.
Absolutely. All drivers are background-checked, hold valid licenses, and operate under our insurance policy. Drivers follow safety and hygiene standards, and we monitor service quality to ensure a consistent experience.
We provide well-maintained sedans, SUVs, and larger passenger vehicles upon request. Amenities include ample luggage space, climate control, phone chargers, and child seats (available on request). We do not sell anything in the vehicle — the ride is the service.
Cancel free up to 2 hours before a standard local pickup. For airport and long-distance reservations, cancel at least 12 hours before pickup to avoid a cancellation fee (amount varies by booking — shown at checkout). No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur a fee equal to a portion of the fare. Refunds are processed on the original payment method within 5–7 business days where applicable.
Yes. We accommodate mobility aids, service animals, small household pets (in carriers), and multiple stops when requested. Please note: additional time or vehicle changes may affect the fare. Let us know during booking so we can prepare the right vehicle and driver.
